Our team member Odhenk Odhenk has recently achieved a fantastic accomplishment: they have been upgraded to Level 1 position. This is a remarkable achievement, as this upgrade will give them access to better opportunities and more job responsibilities in their field of expertise. We are proud of our team mate for taking the initiative and working hard towards achieving this goal!
The upgrading process was an extensive one; not only did it require passing several tests but also submitting evidence that showed proof of their skillsets. It’s clear through all the effort put forth by Odhenk, such dedication does pay off eventually if you stay focused on your goals! Moving up from Level 1 is not just about gaining credentials either- being able to demonstrate improved communication abilities and proficiency across various areas can help with promotion further down the line too.
